I love crafts! Its always been one of my favourite aspects of Girl Guides. Over the years i've seen and done some pretty awesome crafts. Below i've shared some of my favourite ones.
Brownie Backpacks
This year our Brownie unit created Brownie Backpacks! We taught the girls how to properly use glue guns and then let them loose with all of the craft bits and bobs we had in the cupboard. A super fun project with amazing end results!
Badge Holder
I came up with this craft last year as a place for my girls to store their badges before they are sewn on to a blanket or sash. They are very simple to make and just require cut out copies of the brownie program badges, a small box and modge podge. Several of my friends have made these at the Guide and Pathfinder level too (just chance up the badge cut outs) The girls had a blast making them and have been using them ever since!
